1. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item Claims
We offer a free replacement or a refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product or size due to a fulfillment error.
Action: Please contact us within 28 days of delivery at contact link and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you immediately.
2. Returns and Exchanges (Non-Defective)
Since all products are custom-made on demand for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
